Overview
Identical twins Viola and Sebastian are shipwrecked. Believing her brother drowned and desperate to survive, Viola decides to disguise herself as a boy. She transforms herself into "Cesario," enters the service of Orsino, and is sent by him to woo Olivia. What follows is a merry-go-round of unrequited love, mistaken identities, high comedy, low tricks, and desperate passion. Shakespeare's greatest comedy appeals to all. This is the text of the acclaimed English Touring Theatre adaptation.
